Ingredients
- 700 g red pepper (s)
- 700 g bell pepper (s), yellow
- 8 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 dl white wine vinegar
- 3 dl water
- 275 g suar

- Core the paprika and cut into approx. 5cm wide strips. Scald with boiling water in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and divide into 4 glasses of 450 ml each.
- Put 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil and half a teaspoon of salt in each glass.
- Bring the vinegar, water and sugar to the boil and pour into the glasses over the peppers. Close jars.
- To sterilize, put the jars in a large saucepan, cover with water (up to 5 cm over the lids), bring the water to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully lift the glasses out of the pot and let them cool down. Store in the dark.
