Ingredients

  • 200 g tofu, natural
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbs Provence or basil
  • 1 garlic clove (s) or 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
  • 1 liter salted water, for boiling

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Cook in strongly salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the marinade with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour off the cooking water. Put the tofu cubes in a glass and pour the marinade over them. Mix well and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
