Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 100 g butter
  • Aroma (lemon), a few drops
  • 1 jar jam (raspberry jelly), or other jelly
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Knead the first 5 ingredients into a smooth dough and chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then shape hazelnut-sized balls out of the dough and poke small hollows in the balls with a moistened wooden spoon handle. Using a teaspoon, carefully pour a little jelly into each of the hollows.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes. Then dust with powdered sugar.
