Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 3 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 200 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 200 g butter
  • 60 almond (s)

Instructions

  1. Skin the almonds.
  2. Knead two of the egg yolks with all the other ingredients to form a dough. Chill it for about an hour.
  3. Shape the dough into four 30 cm long rolls. Divide each roll into 15 pieces and shape them into balls. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly press an almond into each ball.
  4. Whisk the egg yolk with a little water and brush the cookies with it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
