Ingredients

  • 1 can bread roll dough (Knack und Back, 6 pieces)
  • 250 g round beef
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 slices chest cheese (toast cheese)
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sesame
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions and pickles. Steam the onions in oil until translucent, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the ketchup, mustard and pickles and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let cool down.
  2. Quarter the cheese slices. Roll out the bread roll dough flat with a rolling pin. Place 2 pieces of cheese in the middle and add a tablespoon of minced meat mixture. Fold the dough up and press firmly.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet with the closed side up. Moisten the top with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired. Bake the balls for 15 to 25 minutes (depending on the desired tan) at 200 ° C fan oven.
