Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough, mix the flour and salt well in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm water, place in the bowl with the flour and let rise for 15 minutes in the covered bowl. Add sunflower oil and egg and knead everything together well. Let the dough rise in the covered bowl at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  2. For the minced meat filling, heat the oil in a pan, sear the minced meat in it and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out a little more than half of the dough, place in a greased cake tin with a diameter of 28 cm and form an edge. Place the seared minced meat on the dough and spread the following ingredients on it: tomato ketchup, mustard, the roughly diced onion - sauté in the pan beforehand - the sliced pickles and the processed cheese slices
  4. Roll out the remaining dough, place over the filling and seal the edges of the dough well. Brush the pastry lid with water or milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake the cheeseburger cake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
