Easy and delicious homemade cheeseburger recipe! You only need a few minutes of free time and the desire to have a delicious meal!

Ingredients

  • Hamburger bun – 2 pcs.
  • Minced meat – 300 g (for two cutlets)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – for frying
  • Cheese – 2 slices
  • Cheese sauce – to taste
  • Tomato sauce – to taste
  • Teriyaki sauce – to taste

How to make a cheeseburger at home:

Directions

  1. Cut the buns and fry them in a dry skillet until crisp.
  2. Salt and pepper the minced meat (pork or beef, or pork and beef) (if you wish, you can add onions chopped in a blender or through a meat grinder). Form cheeseburger patties from it, fry in vegetable oil until cooked through.
  3. Cut the tomato into slices.
  4. Build a cheeseburger using lettuce and your favorite sauces (I used cheese, tomato, and teriyaki sauce.)
  5. A delicious, juicy, and aromatic cheeseburger is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
