Ingredients
- 6 cup water
- 4 cup milk
- 6 cardamom capsules, green
- 4 carnation (s)
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon anise
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, fresh, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon tea, black
- 6 tablespoon honey

- Bring the ingredients, with the exception of milk and black tea, to a boil in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Now add the milk and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add black tea, bring to the boil briefly and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Then drain through a sieve and sweeten to taste. Serve hot.
