This is a very simple recipe.
Mashed potatoes: Peel the potatoes, chop them as small as possible (shortens the cooking time), and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Then pour off the cooking water.
Put the butter in a bowl, then the potatoes on top and stir, then the egg and then the milk (condensed milk, will be creamier). Season with salt and nutmeg.
Chopped sticks: Put some fat in the pan, fry the minced meat briefly, peel and dice the onion and fry until everything is nice and brown.
Tip: fry a shot of ketchup shortly before the end, the sauce becomes darker and gives even more flavor.
Then simply sweat the flour in the roasting fat and pour water over it. Season to taste with pepper, salt and rose paprika (no matter how sweet, the main thing is paprika). If you are lazy and don`t want to make the sauce on your own, just use ready-made minced meat sauce, it tastes good too.
Delicious cucumbers are served with it.
I cook this recipe like that, but originally ImNu coffee is also part of it, who knows that? I just know that it tastes better without coffee, everyone can vary it. A clove of garlic, seared briefly, also tastes very good.
