Mashed Potatoes with Sour Cream

Mashed potatoes with sour cream is another way to enjoy a simple and affordable vegetable. Here’s another creative way to cook potatoes. I tried this at school when the children cooked for their mothers!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 7-8 Pieces
  • Sour cream – 1 \ 2 Glasses
  • Butter – 1/4 Glasses
  • Green onion – 1 Piece (bunch)
  • Salt – To taste
  • Pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters and boil.
  3. Drain water, salt and pepper, add butter and sour cream.
  4. Chop the onion and add to the potatoes.
  5. Mash the potatoes with a crush until smooth.
  6. Serve with green onions.
