- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 liter broth
- salt
- pepper
- Pimpinelle
- Nettles
- Dead nettle, cow flower
- chervil
- sorrel
- parsley
- little dandelion
- 1 egg yolk
- liter ⅛ sour cream

- Peel the onion and chop it in cubes, fry in butter and then add the flour. Then fill up the broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Put all the herbs chopped into a soup tureen and pour the broth over them.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sour cream and add to the broth.
- Small heads of daisies appear as ornaments!
- This extraordinary soup used to be eaten here in the Ore Mountains as a tradition on Maundy Thursday.
