Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 roll, from the day before, soaked and squeezed out
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, tomato paste, ketchup, mustard, paprika powder, salt, pepper, soaked and squeezed-out roll, chopped onion, and chopped garlic until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small, flat meatballs.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Make a small depression in the top of each meatball and fill with a portion of the grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
