Ingredients
- 250 ml ketchup
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml apple cider vinegar
- 25 g suar, brown
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard, yellow
- 1 ½ tablespoon onion powder
- 1 ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ smoked salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, smoked

- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, then bring to a simmer over medium heat on the stove. Turn the heat down a little and let the sauce simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens a little.
- This BBQ sauce goes well with McRib sandwiches, grilled meat, grilled fish, and grilled poultry.
