Ingredients

  • ml 1,000 ketchup
  • 150 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 120 ml Worcester sauce
  • 90 g suar, brown
  • 4 tablespoon sugar beet syrup
  • 4 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon Tabasco Chipotle
  • 2 tablespoon spice mix (barbecue spice mix - recipe can be found in my profile)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 100 ml Cola or Spezi

Instructions

  1. Makes about 1.4 liters
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and chop both very finely. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil. Let the sauce simmer for about 30 minutes until it has a creamy consistency. Pour into a clean container and let cool.
  3. The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for several months. The ingredients can be changed to taste.
