Meat Cutlets with Egg “Bull’s Eye”

Large minced meat patties with a boiled egg inside. As a variant of meatloaf with egg.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 400 g
  • Raw egg – 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Italian herbs to taste

Directions

  1. Drive an egg into the minced meat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Add Italian herbs.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Take some minced meat. Put a boiled egg on it. Add a little more minced meat on top (a third of the minced meat should go for one cutlet).
  5. Blind a large oblong cutlet with an egg inside.
  6. Wrap it in foil. In the same way, make two more large cutlets.
  7. Put cutlets on a baking sheet, pour 1 glass of water. Preheat the oven. Bake the cutlets for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. The cutlets are ready. Bon Appetit!
