Meat Cutlets with Omelette Rolls

Surprise cutlets that will perfectly decorate any festive table! Juicy, tasty and stuffed!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat (pork) – 700 g
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For filling:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Dill greens – 1/2 bunch (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying + for working with minced meat

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients.
    The recipe is very simple, divided into three steps.
  2. Rub the potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze and put them on the minced meat. Here we add the onion, grated on a coarse grater, an egg, black pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. While the minced meat is infused, prepare an omelet.
    Add finely chopped dill and a pinch of salt to the eggs. Whisk lightly.
  4. Add milk and beat a little more.
  5. In a frying pan with a little oil, fry 3-4 omelets (on both sides).
  6. Roll the finished omelette pancakes tightly into rolls and cut into pieces about 2 cm long.
  7. From minced meat we form cutlets stuffed with omelet rolls.
  8. Fry the stuffed cutlets in a little oil until golden brown and cooked. You can quickly fry the cutlets until golden brown and then put them in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool cutlets with omelet rolls turned out! Delicious and beautiful! Decide on the side dish yourself – whatever you love!
