My greens. You can cut it into small pieces, or you can put it in pots with twigs – if you don’t like boiled greens, in this case it can be easily removed.
We put food in pots. First, meat with onions and mushrooms, then potatoes and carrots. Put a ring of pepper, garlic on top. Salt, add ground pepper. If, when frying meat, there is not enough broth, add half a glass of water to each pot. We close the pots with lids and put in the oven for 30 minutes. We cook at a temperature of 200 degrees.
We knead the dough. Drive an egg into kefir and stir. Add a pinch of salt and sugar, melted butter and soda slaked with vinegar. Stir well and add flour, knead the dough. It doesn’t have to be cool.
Half an hour after we put the pots in the oven, we take them out. Remove the lids and cover with pancakes from the dough we made. We put back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
