  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 70 g tomato paste twice concentrated
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice (s) and herbs as desired, e.g., also chilli

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix the ingredients well and season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli and herbs. Shape it into four meatballs. Fry well on both sides in a hot pan (I cook 3 minutes on each side on medium level and then another side for 3 minutes on the lowest level).
