Ingredients

  • 700 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 egg (s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 8 potato (s)
  • 2 cups cream
  • some broth
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg and paprika powder.
  3. Put half of it in the middle of a greased baking dish. Leave some space all around. Cut the sheep`s cheese into slices and place on top of the minced meat. Place the other half of the minced meat on top so that the cheese is covered. Shape a loaf.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Spread the potato slices around the meatloaf and sprinkle with a little salt. Pour the cream mixed with the broth over the potatoes so that they are properly covered. If you like, you can season the potato and cream mixture with nutmeg, but you can also do without it.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour at 200 ° C.
