Ingredients

  • 200 g couscous
  • 600 g cod fillet (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. First wash the cod fillet, pat dry and cut into pieces. Then sprinkle them with a little lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Wash the peppers, cut in half and remove the white seeds and separating skins. Wash and clean the zucchini as well. Then cut both into small cubes. Peel and dice the onions and garlic or crush the garlic. Fry everything together in 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan and continue frying for about 5 minutes, turning the vegetables frequently.
  4. Fry the cod meat in the remaining oil.
  5. Finally, mix the couscous with the vegetables and season with herbs, salt and pepper and season to taste. Arrange everything on a flat plate and serve with the cod.
