Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 125 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 300 ml poultry broth
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic clove into fine strips. Finely dice the onion. Core and finely dice the bell pepper. Also core the beefsteak tomato and dice it finely.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onions, then add the diced paprika and tomato and sauté for 1 minute. Now add the rice, stir and pour in the broth, bring to the boil once.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Mix in the parsley just before serving.
