Ingredients

  • 750 g prawn (s) raw, headless with tail
  • 2 red peppers
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 10 leaves sage
  • 10 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 bunch parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw the prawns in the colander in the refrigerator, wash them in cold water and pat dry.
  2. Cut off the stem of the pepper and remove all seeds. Peel and halve the garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in a pan. Place the prawns side by side and fry on each side for about 1 1/2 minutes over high heat. After turning, add the garlic, hot peppers, sage and chopped rosemary. Salt everything, drizzle with lemon juice and mix in the parsley.
