Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (s) without shell
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 large clove (s) garlic or 2 small ones
  • 2 tomato (s), dried in olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 8 basil leaves
  • Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings and core. Also cut the garlic clove into fine rings. Fry both together with the butter until translucent on the highest setting.
  2. Then add the prawns. At best, these should be thawed. Just before the prawns are done, add the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces beforehand. In any case, some of the oil should be in the pan. Then reduce the heat to half.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the basil. Then add the cream with the basil and parsley to the prawns. While everything gets warm together and the cream is reduced, add as much Parmesan as you want.
  4. This goes well with spaghetti, penne or ribbon noodles.
