Ingredients

  • 1 kg prawns
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 50 ml piri piri
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Pepper, coarse, black

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a high pan, grate 5 cloves of garlic into thin slices on the truffle slicer and add. Add the sea salt and pepper, white wine, brandy and piri piri, stir everything well, bring to the boil once, add the prawns and after about 5 - 7 minutes it is ready.
  2. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
