- 250 g tortellini
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraiche
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion (s)

- Cook the tortellini in broth. Cut the cucumber, onion and boiled ham into cubes. Press the garlic, mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- For a vegetarian salad I would recommend corn and tortellini instead of ham.
