Melon Cake

• 1 watermelon (s)
• 1 packet cream powder (paradise cream, vanilla)
• 400 ml cream

To garnish:

• Strawberries or kiwi, blueberries, etc.
• Chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut or whatever you like

Instructions

1. Peel the melon and cut into shape. As in the picture, round or in the form of a cake.
2. I dabbed the melon a little all around with a kitchen towel so that there wasn`t too much water on it and the cream would stick better. Whip the paradise cream according to the instructions and spread it on the melon. Then garnish as you like: with fruit or chocolate sprinkles, I sprinkled a few more desiccated coconut on top.
3. Put in a cool place and enjoy
