Ingredients

1 watermelon (s)
1 packet cream powder (paradise cream, vanilla)
400 ml cream

To garnish:

Strawberries or kiwi, blueberries, etc.
Chocolate sprinkles, desiccated coconut or whatever you like

Instructions

Peel the melon and cut into shape. As in the picture, round or in the form of a cake.
I dabbed the melon a little all around with a kitchen towel so that there wasn`t too much water on it and the cream would stick better. Whip the paradise cream according to the instructions and spread it on the melon. Then garnish as you like: with fruit or chocolate sprinkles, I sprinkled a few more desiccated coconut on top.
Put in a cool place and enjoy
