- 1 melon (s) (Galia or net melon)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup yogurt (whole milk yogurt)
- some Milk
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 1 bag / s pine nuts

- Peel and core the cucumber just like the melon. Cut both into pieces. Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce and tear apart. Roast pine nuts in a dry pan.
- Place the lettuce on a platter, topped with pieces of melon and cucumber. Mix the yogurt, ketchup, salt and pepper into a salad dressing (if necessary dilute with milk), pour over the salad and sprinkle with pine nuts.
