Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber (s)
- 0.5 ½ honeydew melon (canari)
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
- salt

- Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Peel, core and dice the honeydew melon.
- Put the cubes in a salad bowl. In a small bowl, mix two heaped tablespoons of sour cream, one tablespoon of sambal oelek (whether heaped or leveled, depends on your personal taste) and salt to taste. Do not add any more liquid as the cucumbers and melons will still draw some water themselves.
- Mix the salad dressing with the salad and let it steep for half an hour. Goes great with grilled food!
