Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce (Thai Red Chili Sauce), sweet and hot
- 2 cloves garlic
- some oil
- some vinegar, neutral
- a bit salt

- Cut the cucumber into strips, slices or pieces. Dice the garlic cloves. Mix the Thai red chili sauce, oil, vinegar and salt into a sauce and add the garlic cubes. Pour the sauce over the cucumber.
