Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon (s) or cantaloupe melon
  • 150 g parmesan in one piece
  • 200 g raw ham
  • some crema di balsamic vinegar
  • 2 stalks basil

Instructions

  1. Core the melon and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the rind from the parmesan and cut into thicker slices about the size of the melon pieces, only thinner. Cut the ham into thin slices and then cut the slices in half lengthways again. Wash and spin dry the basil and pluck the leaves.
  2. Take a piece of melon each, then place a piece of parmesan and a leaf of basil on top. Wrap the packet with half a slice of ham and fix it with a toothpick. Drizzle each packet with a little crema di balsamic vinegar and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
