Instructions

  1. Cut the pretzels into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a little butter until crispy. At the same time, heat the beef broth (preferably homemade), season to taste and cut the chives.
  2. When serving, first put the soup in the plate and then put in the melted pretzel pieces and sprinkle with chives.
