  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 1 ½ maracuja (s) (passion fruit)

Instructions

  1. For the dough, beat soft butter, vanilla flavor and sifted powdered sugar until frothy. Sift the flour and cornstarch over it and stir in. Wrap the dough in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. For the filling, beat the butter and sifted powdered sugar until frothy. Cut the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp. Put 3 tablespoons of the mark under the butter mixture. Chill the filling.
  3. Shape the dough in portions on a lightly floured work surface into 2.5 cm rolls and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C or 160 ° C fan oven.
  4. Cut the pastry rolls into 0.4 cm wide slices and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Flatten the slices a little with a fork dipped in flour. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edge is lightly browned, then let cool.
  5. Put 2 cookies together with 0.5 teaspoons of the filling. Makes about 40 pieces.
