Chocolate Melted Cottage Cheese

Unusual dessert processed cheese made from cottage cheese with the addition of chocolate and serves as a good addition to a slice of aromatic bread, cookies or cheese cakes. Such cheese is prepared quite simply and quickly – an excellent breakfast or an unpretentious budget delicacy for a cup of tea or coffee!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (9.5% fat) – 200 g
  • Chocolate (70% cocoa) – 50 g
  • Milk – 35 ml
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter – 25 g

Directions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, milk and soda in a blender bowl. Whisk until smooth and smooth.
  2. Transfer the curd to a metal bowl or ladle. Add butter.
  3. In a saucepan that is smaller in diameter than a bowl of cottage cheese, pour about 1/4 of the water. Place a bowl of cottage cheese in a saucepan, send it to medium heat and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook the cheese for about 6-8 minutes, until it becomes thick condensed milk.
  4. Remove the pan from heat. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the finished processed cheese. Add sugar and stir. The amount of sugar depends on the chocolate: the darker the chocolate, the more sugar you can add.
  5. Stir well until the sugar, chocolate is melted and smooth. Chocolate melted cottage cheese cheese is ready!
  6. This cheese can be served both warm and chilled. Store ready-made cottage cheese melted chocolate cheese in the refrigerator.
