Ingredients
- 2 leeks (leek)
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
- salt and pepper
- Clarified butter
- sugar

- Put the clarified butter in the pan, add the El Dijon mustard. Cut the leek into rings, halve the cherry tomatoes. Put both in the pan, season with salt, pepper and sugar, let simmer for 5 minutes, done! Goes well with grilled fish, but also with pan-fried meat.
