  • 3 tablespoon butter or clarified butter
  • 4 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated
  • salt
  • in Chives, rolls

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a higher saucepan and brown the semolina in it. Pour in the broth and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and grated nutmeg.
  2. Place the chives rolls on top of the soup to serve. Browned onions go particularly well with it.
