Ingredients

  • 200 g beef tartare
  • 1 pickle (s), finely chopped
  • 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers, chopped
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the Worcestershire sauce, add the cucumber, onion, capers and the meat, fold in everything with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper
