- 1 large leek stick (s)
- 4 tablespoon durum wheat semolina
- 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
- some butter
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Clean the leek, cut into rings and sauté with a little butter. When the leek is translucent, add the semolina, sweat and deglaze with vegetable stock, simmer.
- Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
