Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 60 g semolina (soft wheat)
- 60 g suar
- lemon juice
- Biscuit (s) (Amarettini), or toasted almonds

- Slowly bring the milk to the boil. Mix the soft wheat semolina with the sugar and sprinkle into the gently boiling milk. Reduce the heat and let it swell for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add the lemon juice depending on your taste.
- To serve, sprinkle the soup with amarettini or roasted almonds.
