Semolina Sweets With Cocoa

Semolina sweets with cocoa powder taste a bit like the favorite potato cake. Minimum ingredients, speed and ease of preparation. Are you interested? Then get down to business!

Ingredients
- Semolina – 130 g
- Butter – 60 g
- Sugar – 60 g
- Cocoa powder – 3.5 tbsp
- Water – 180 ml
Directions
- Melt the butter in a skillet, but do not bring it to a boil. Place the semolina in the skillet with the butter. Stir semolina with butter until crumbled. Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
- In another deeper skillet, add sugar and 2.5 tablespoon. tablespoons of cocoa powder. Stir the sugar and cocoa powder over medium heat. Gently pour in the water, stir the mixture to dissolve the cocoa powder and sugar in the water. Boil the chocolate mixture for 2-3 minutes.
- Then pour semolina crumbs into this skillet. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that all the liquid is absorbed into the cereal, heat it over low heat for another 3-4 minutes and remove the pan from heat. Cool the mass completely. The chocolate mass should be very pliable and pleasant to work with. Roll the chocolate into small balls the size of a walnut and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Dip the cooled balls in the remaining cocoa powder (1 tablespoon). Semolina sweets with cocoa are ready! Freshly brewed unsweetened tea is ideal for such delicious semolina sweets.
