Soup with Melted Cheese and Noodles Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 200 Grams
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Potatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Processed cheese – 150 grams
  • Vermicelli – 70 Grams
  • Greens – 1 Bunches
  • Salt – To taste

Soup with Melted Cheese and Noodles Instructions

  1. Boil chicken fillet until tender. Cut into pieces and return back to broth.
  2. Chop onions and carrots and fry. Place the roast in a saucepan.
  3. Add the chopped potatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add a handful of noodles.
  4. Grate the processed cheese. Add it to the soup and let it melt completely.
  5. Season with salt, herbs and remove from heat. Let the soup sit for 10 minutes.
