- 350 g penne
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 can corn
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 1 bottle sauce, (Texicana Salsa)

- Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Finely dice the cooked ham and halve the onions and cut into thin strips. Finely dice the peppers. Let the oil get hot in a pan and briefly sauté the ham with the onion and add the peppers and corn and cook briefly.
- Then add the Texicana salsa sauce, stir everything in well and heat.
- Fold the cooked penne into the ham and vegetable mixture and pour into a large baking dish.
- Scatter the grated Gouda cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
