- 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
- 7 onion (s)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 roll, stale
- 2 large jacket potatoes, cooked the day before
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 glass sauce (gypsy sauce)

- Peel the onions and garlic, wash, clean and dice the peppers. Soak the rolls in water. Peel and slice jacket potatoes.
