  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • rosemary
  • 1 point puff pastry
  • 1 egg (s), separated
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the onion and the mince until crumbly, season well, stir in the sheep`s cheese, cut into small cubes.
  2. Fill the defrosted puff pastry with the minced meat and fold it into a bag. So that the pockets do not open during baking, coat the edges of the dough with egg white and press shut. Press a pattern into the edge with a fork. Brush the pockets with the egg yolk and sprinkle with rosemary. Poke a few holes in the pastry cover with a fork.
  3. Then put the whole thing in the oven at approx. 180 ° for approx. 30 minutes.
  4. The minced meat also tastes good if you just eat it with flatbread.
  5. A shepherd`s salad goes well with it.
