Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Process together with the minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs to a meat dough. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chop the thyme and rosemary and mix with the meat batter - use salt sparingly, as the feta cheese is also salted.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  3. Oil a piece of aluminum foil with olive oil, spread the meat batter on it and spread the feta cheese on top. Then roll up into a roll and put in a baking dish greased with olive oil. Then wash and peel the potatoes, cut into 4 wedges and place around the roast. Season with salt and pepper and pour some olive oil over it.
