  • 8 slices ham, cooked
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 80 g sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 80 g sauce (ypsy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Prepare minced meat dough from minced meat, egg, onion, breadcrumbs and spices (if you like, you can also add a small, soaked bread roll). Distribute the amount evenly on the ham slices and roll them up.
  2. Put them close together, possibly fanned out, in a greased casserole dish. For the sauce, mix the sour cream, cream, shashlik and gypsy sauce and pour over the rolls.
  3. Cook in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 60 minutes.
  4. Side dish: rice or white bread and salad.
