Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 large cucumber (s)
  • 6 tomato (s)
  • Herbs, fresh (dill, parsley, borage)
  • 140 g rice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with butter. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Also cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat the butter in a second pan and fry the cucumber pieces, then add the tomatoes and let everything simmer a little longer. Finally season with salt and pepper. Add the dill, chopped parsley and borage (only young leaves) and mix in the fried minced meat.
  2. Boil the rice. Serve the dish with the rice.
