Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g natural yourt 3.5% fat
  • 500 g fusilli
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • Spice mix (7-spice mix)
  • Garlic, granulated or fresh
  • Kräuterling (s) (garden herbs)
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat in it. Season with salt, garlic, 7 spices and herbs. Add the zucchini and fry with it, seasoning if necessary. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and season with the herbs and garlic. With a small dash of milk, the yogurt will be creamier.
  3. Arrange the finished noodles in portions on the plate, add the minced meat and zucchini mixture to the noodles in portions and top with the yoghurt as a topping.
