Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 60 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 2 medium banana (s)
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • some powdered sugar or cocoa for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, mix in flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir in. Now put the dough in a greased and sprinkled size 20 baking pan and bake at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat) or 150 degrees (hot air) for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Hollow out the well-cooled cake base with a soup spoon to an edge of approx. 1 cm. Crumble the hollowed out well with your fingers.
  3. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and, if necessary, drizzle with lemon juice. Spread the bananas on the cake base. Now whip the whipped cream with the cream stabilizer and the remaining vanilla sugar until stiff and pile it onto the bananas like a dome. Now sprinkle the cake crumbs thickly on top and dust with powdered sugar or cocoa as you like.
