- 1 teaspoon mustard
- sugar

- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed
- 4 tablespoon oil

- Mix a dressing of vinegar, mustard, garlic, herbs and oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Quarter the tomatoes, thinly strips the bell peppers and slice the zucchini. Mix everything together and serve.
