Ingredients

  • 100 g wheat flour, (whole rain)
  • 100 g spelled flour
  • 120 g rye flour, (whole rain)
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon turnip tops, heaped
  • 1 handful sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Pour water, salt and turnip tops into the container of the bread maker. Then simply add the different types of flour, the flaxseed and the sunflower seeds and finally sprinkle the packet of dry yeast on top.
  2. Set the basic bread baking program. That’s it.
  3. The dough should have a soft, yet firm consistency. Under no circumstances should the dough appear hard or dry when kneading. Check and if necessary readjust again with a little water or flour.
